The opportunity
Located in Melbourne
As a Member Growth Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving new member acquisition and retention through direct inbound and outbound contact channels. You’ll engage members and prospective members through proactive, data‑informed sales and retention campaigns, ensuring every interaction delivers a seamless and valuable experience.
Working within our Growth team and alongside cross functional partners, you’ll help deliver frictionless, scalable member growth while creating meaningful value for members from day one.Your ability to influence outcomes through high‑quality conversations and service excellence will be central to our success.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable driving proactive member contact, excels at relationship‑building, and contributes ideas that improve how we attract, retain, and support our members.
In this role you will:

Drive proactive inbound and outbound member contact by executing targeted sales, retention, and cross‑sell campaigns via phone, email, and SMS

Manage campaign activity end-to-end, including CRM logging, KPI tracking, lead prioritisation and ongoing optimisation
