  • Enable tightly integrated, cross-functional teams that bring together delivery, engineering, security, and operational capabilities to deliver resilient, high-quality solutions.

  • Champion automation, security, and quality practices early in the delivery lifecycle to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and accelerate delivery.

  • Lead the responsible adoption of AI-enabled delivery and engineering capabilities to enhance productivity, insight and decision-making across teams.

  • Build strong partnerships with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment between technology delivery and strategic business objectives.

  • Develop high-performing internal capability, reducing reliance on external vendors and creating sustainable, scalable delivery models.
