The opportunity

Located in Melbourne or Newborough

We’re looking for a Product Content Coordinator to join our Product & Innovation team. In this role, you’ll support the Head of Product and Innovation in implementing product changes and managing all product content and documentation. You’ll ensure our product information is accurate, compliant, and aligned with Latrobe Health’s brand promise: All In.

In this role you will:

• Own the creation, maintenance, and release of product content and documentation.
• Manage a controlled repository for product documents and maintain audit trails.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and update content.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including Fund Rules.
• Support product knowledge sharing and training initiatives.

What sets you apart from other people?

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing, content development, and brand management.
• Experience with graphic design software and content management systems.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communication, Design or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Experience in or exposure to regulated industries such as Private Health Insurance, General Insurance, Super Annuation or Pet Insurance.
